Centrifugal fans Aluminium-ND

Elektror low pressure blowers are radial blowers with closed impellers made of zinc coated steel plates. They are driven by generously dimensioned squirrel-cage motors which have been especially adapted to the operation of blowers. The well-shaped housings are made of cast aluminium and meet the required flow properties; the dynamically balanced impellers ensure shock free, low-noise operation and high efficiency. The robust design of Elektror’s low-maintenance low pressure blowers is the basis for long service life and low opera-ting cost.

Elektror medium pressure blowers of the RD range are radial blowers with double-wall impellers made from sheet aluminium respectively from sheet steel. They are directly driven by asynchronous squirrel cage motors of the company´s own make, especially adapted to the blower requirements and amply dimensioned.

Centrifugal fans Aluminium-HRD FU/FUK

The constructive design of Elektror high pressure blowers has been derived from the design of the medium pressure blowers. The substantially higher pressure and volume ratings result from the appropriately higher rotation speeds, which are achieved by a rugged and reliable V-belt drive or by direct drive in combination with a frequency converter.

Side channel blowers-SD

mpeller and side channel facing each other form a circular working chamber which is intersected between intake and discharge port. The rotation of the impeller causes a radial pressure rise in the cellular-shaped vanes which leads to a differing pressure distribution between channel and impeller resulting in a rotational flow between channel and cellular vanes. The pressure generated by the vanes ensues a further acceleration in the direction of rotation leading to a helical flow motion through the blower and a high pressure increase.

Side channel blowers-SD-FU/FUK

Up to 10.5 m³/min and 370 mbar. Wear-free, direct drive via offset (FU) or mounted (FUK) frequency converter. Accelerates up to 80 Hz (approx. 4,700 rpm). Housing and open/closed impellers made of cast aluminium. Integrated silencer, compact construction, mostly corrosion-resistant.

The Elektror RD F range of conveyor blowers are radial blowers with welded sheet metal impellers and radial ending blades. They are specially designed for material transport, which is carried out directly by the blower. Designed for flow optimisation with corresponding balancing of the impellers guarantees vibration free and low noise operation.

Conveying fans-CFMT

Up to 12,000 m³/h (200 m³/min) and 4,250 Pa. For the direct conveyance of light dry bulk solids. With direct, coupling or belt drive - frequency converter operation also possible.
